Yap! After much deliberation at the negotiating table our Awesome Realtor helped us close the deal!......The house has now been on the market 5 months, not too shabby considering the current housing situation...Keep our fingers crossed that all goes well and we close on January 15th like planned!They want to close on January 9th Now!!!!
